"Actually, live, there are elements of that strutting stuff in us. But still, at the same time, we're fully aware of it. I have a real problem being a man in the '90s, anyway. Any man with any sensitivity or conscience toward the opposite sex would have a problem. To actually assert yourself in a masculine way without looking like you're in a hard- rock band is a very difficult thing to do. . . . It comes back to the music we write, which is not effeminate, but it's not brutal in its arrogance. It's one of the things I'm always trying: To assert a sexual persona and on the other hand trying desperately to negate it."

Creep est le premier single du groupe Radiohead, extrait de l'album Pablo Honey. Il comporte la version album de Creep, une chanson désespérée et envoutante (que l'on peut rapprocher du Smeel Like Teen Spirit de Nirvana) et la version solo accoustic enregistré par Thom Yorke pour la radio KROQ de Los Angeles le 13 Juillet 1993. On notera que les paroles ont été légèrement modifiées pour cette performance : le "fucking special" est remplacé par un "very special" plus consensuel. La chanson fera un carton aux USA et sera entre autre a l'origine d'un début de reconnaissance du groupe. Le single comprend deux autres morceaux Yes I am et une version live nerveuse et punk de Inside my head enregistré au Metro à Chicago.
